We will be responsible for below quality defects, and are willing to reproduce:
(1) Product Appearance: the appearance or the size differ significantly from the artwork given by customer;
(2) Plate Color: the color of products in same lot differ significantly;
(3) Product Function: differ significantly from the industry standard or customer requirement;
Situations we will not be responsible for:
(1) damage caused by customers themselves;
(2) damage caused by inappropriate use by customer;
(3) damage caused by the incompatibility between products and dynes [note: use dynes not from us].

3. Sevevice for Free
(1) Design new products for free;
(2) Provide latest product news for free;
(3) If one single order reaches certain quantity, we will refund the money charged as dynes fee previously, but we will not refund in cash, instead, transfer it to customer debt account (note: see the dynes free refund standard in products price list) .
